There is a small banana belt that runs through the three state area of Central Idaho, Southern Washington and Northern Oregon. We have found 270 beautiful acres in this small unique climatic zone that we believe would be ideal for a settlement.
There is a diversity of tress including red cedars, birch, elm, Ponderosa pine, spruce, Douglas fir, and old fruit trees. There are wild berries including wild rose hips, black berry and raspberry.
The soil is rich from the mixture of leaf matter and wild animal droppings.
The undergrowth and ground cover is rich and varied including vibrant ferns, wild mushrooms and mosses.
There is enough annual precipitation to nourish plants through the year, enough to create seasonal creeks. Water that falls on the property can be used freely on the property. There is a year-round creek that borders one side of the land supporting wild Chinook salmon and Steelhead trout.
Two sides of the land are bordered by state-owned land the other two by land used to range bison. There is abundant wild-life in the area including deer, elk, moose, wolves, cyotes, fox, bear, mountian lions, and the various smaller animals such as pine martins, raccoons, opossums, mink, muskrats, bank beavers, and otters. The land has varied topography with gentle south-facing slopes that have been cleared for agriculture
as well as pristine treed canyon areas.
This land is priced well and is worth conservation and preservation.
